1. Mahindra and Ford sign 3-year agreement for electric vehicles, global distribution:

Mahindra Group and Ford Motor on Monday agreed to explore a strategic alliance, designed to leverage each other's strength in areas such as mobility, connected vehicles, electric vehicles product development and distribution within India and abroad. The present agreement is for a three-year period, the extension of which will be decided upon at the end of this period.
2. China opens dual-use highway to Nepal via Tibet:

China has opened a strategic highway in Tibet to the Nepal border which could be used for civilian and defence purposes, a move that Chinese experts say will enable Beijing to make forays into South Asia, according to a media report today.
The 40.4-kilometre highway in Tibet between Xigaze airport and Xigaze city centre officially opened to the public on Friday with a short section linking the national highway to the Nepal border. The highway will shorten the journey from an hour to 30 minutes between the dual-use civil and military airport and Tibet's second-largest city.

3. Singapore Grand Prix 2017 :

The “miracle” that Lewis Hamilton said he needed to win the Singapore Grand Prix was presented to him at the very first corner, all gleaming, gift-wrapped and tied up with a red Ferrari ribbon. Of all the novel ways by which he imagined he might vault from fifth on the grid to first at the finish, few were as fancifully fortunate as watching Sebastian Vettel, his main title rival, fall off his Prancing Horse inside 300 yards. Rarely can Hamilton, fond of invoking the Almighty at these moments, have been so tempted to believe in divine intervention.

4. Rajnikant Mishra appointed new SSB chief:
